For a 178cm, 70kg, 33inch waist guy we can recommend size L for tight fit or size XL for a looser fit.

Do take note this is the short length jersey. It's meant for those who have a shorter torso. Do check the size chart before ordering. If you are unsure, do PM us yeah. We will do our best to help you out!
